Today it earns nothing. In future we expect referral fees from authorised partners. We will publish every type of fee before accepting any, and our intention is that fees never affect what you see or the order it appears in.

In Diminishing Musharakah you and the provider co-own the home and you buy its share over time. In Ijara the provider owns the home and leases it to you until the agreed amount is paid. The full explanation is on the How it works page.
