The collective

Stronger together, with nothing promised yet

Pooling verified interest from households so providers have a commercial reason to improve terms. It is the least proven part of MyHalalHome, so we explain it carefully.

Target Member benefits are an objective. None has been agreed.

How it is meant to work

  1. You register interest

Tell us what you are planning and a rough finance range. No credit check and no income questions.

  2. We combine demand

Anonymous totals by region, timing and amount show providers the size of the opportunity.

  3. We approach providers

We ask participating providers for member benefits such as reduced fees or better service.

    Target

  4. You decide

If a benefit is agreed, you see it next to every other option and choose whether to use it.

What has to be true first

  • Enough households register

    Target

A meaningful number of verified households in a region or price range.

  • Providers agree to take part

    Not yet established

    No provider has agreed.

  • An authorised firm handles advice and applications

    Not yet established

    Not yet appointed.

  • Benefits reach members transparently

    Target

Any benefit would be shown with its conditions next to every other option.

Questions about the collective

Do I have to commit to anything?

No. Registering interest does not commit you to a provider, a product or a timescale.

Will my details be shared with providers?

Our intention is that providers only see anonymous totals unless you ask to be introduced. The privacy notice will set out exactly how data is used.

What if no benefits are agreed?

The guides and comparison remain available. We will report honestly on progress here.
